We were introduced to Mark and Kari a few years ago as we were needing help selling a condo for a relative. The condo needed a lot of work but with their suggestions and helpful advice the condo did sell, and we were quite happy with the price we got. This past year we decided we needed to downsize our home and again, we called upon Mark and Kari, and were very happy with the results for purchasing our new home as well as selling our existing home. With the Market Analysis that they supplied us, we were able to buy the new home for about $10,000 less than we would have paid without their help. As well, after taking their advice about some minor repairs and staging to make our home more appealing, our house sold in 4 days!
